Simple Baked Potato Skins

They're the perfect appetizer for any party, and they're always a hit! Here's how to make these delicious snacks.

Start by baking your potatoes. I recommend using my Perfect Baked Potato recipe to start! 

Prep the Potatoes

Cut in half and remove the insides so you're left with just the flesh.  Bake again for 10 minutes on each side, until cripsy.

Scoop Out Insides

Sprinkle shredded cheese into the potato halves

Add Cheese

Add cooked bacon, if desired, then broil until the cheese is melty and the bacon is crisp! 

Broil

Serve with sour cream, chives, and ranch dressing for dip!
