An Easy Craft for Kids

Looking for a fun Easter activity? These shaving cream easter eggs are quick and easy, and your kids will have a blast!

Prep Eggs

01

After boiling your eggs, soak them in vinegar or lemon juice for about 5 minutes to make the colors more vibrant.

Set Up

02

Add shaving cream to a plate or small bowl. Use several dishes if you'd like to do different color combos!

Don't forget gloves!

03

This can get messy, so I recommend having the kids in gloves to protect their hands from the dye.

Add Dye

04

Add a few drops of 1-2 colors of food coloring to your shaving cream. Use a toothpick to swirl it.

Dye Eggs

05

Gently roll your eggs in the shaving cream until they're coated.

Rinse

06

After letting the eggs sit in the shaving cream for 10-15 minutes, rinse off the extra.
